1. Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Anonity ("Application", “Service”) provided by the Company. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use the Application.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using the Application, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Interpretation & Definitions

• Application: Anonity, the software program provided by the Company.
• Company (“We”, “Us”, “Our”): refers to Anonity / AkisApp.
• Service: The Application and all features provided within it.
• Account: A unique profile created to access the Service.
• Device: Any device capable of accessing the Service.
• Content: Text, media, or other information submitted or shared by Users.
• User (“You”): refers to the individual or entity accessing the Service.

4. User Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and harmful behavior. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Hate speech, harassment, threats, bullying
• Sexual or pornographic content
• Self-harm or violence
• Defamation, impersonation, or doxxing
• Offensive or discriminatory language
• Illegal activity or encouragement of illegal acts

We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts and remove content without prior notice.

5. Safety & Moderation

The Service uses automated tools and manual review to detect harmful or abusive content.

• Users may report content or block others at any time.
• Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours.
• Content or accounts violating these policies may be removed immediately.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it within the Service.

You agree not to transmit: Unlawful or inappropriate material, Copyrighted material without authorization. We do not guarantee preservation of user content and recommend you maintain backups.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to data processing as described therein.

8. Accounts & Security

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if violations occur.

9. In-App Purchases

• Payments are processed by Apple App Store / Google Play Store.
• Refunds are handled exclusively by the App Store provider, according to their policies.
• Once digital content is delivered, it is non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, features, and original content (excluding user-generated content) remain the property of the Company. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• You submit harmful or illegal content
• You engage in fraudulent activity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount paid through the Service.

13. “AS IS” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding functionality, security, or availability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in competent courts in Turkey.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
