These Terms and Conditions govern your use of WaVoice, the software application provided by the Company. By accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• Application refers to WaVoice, the software program provided by the Company.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to WaVoice.
• Service refers to the Application.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Use of the Application

By using this Application, You agree to use it in accordance with the laws and regulations of your country. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this Application does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, the sharing of offensive, obscene, threatening, or defamatory content. We reserve the right to ban any account and delete any content immediately, without prior notice, if it violates our policies or community standards.

Accounts and Registration

When You create an account with Us, You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

Messaging and Shared Content

The Application allows users to send messages and share images. We do not take responsibility for the content of any messages exchanged between users. You are solely responsible for the messages you send and receive. All users are expected to follow our zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content.

Additionally, We do not take responsibility for any images shared through the Application. Each user is responsible for the content they choose to share. You must ensure that any content shared through the Application complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and does not infringe on the rights of others.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms or a violation of our policy on objectionable content. We reserve the right to ban your account and delete content without notice if it is found to be in violation of our rules. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Privacy Policy

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with Our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application and informs You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.

Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content (excluding content provided by You or other users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.

Governing Law

These Terms and Your use of the Application are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between You and the Company for any purpose concerning these Terms or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Turkey.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms becoming effective. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
